A few years ago, I was anxious, chronically stressed, and suffering from insomnia and pain.

I was showing up for everyone else before ever thinking about myself.

How do I access the program?

The video lessons are hosted on an online platform for easy access, and you’ll receive your login details via email after purchase. The 1:1 coaching calls will be hosted via Zoom.

Is there a time-limit for accessing the program?

The coaching aspect of this course runs for 12-weeks. You will have access to the video lessons forever, or for as long as this program exists on the internet. Your six 1:1 coaching sessions will expire 30 days after the 12-week program has ended.

Can I reschedule my coaching call if I can’t make it?

I believe in the magic of consistency and showing up for ourselves. I  recommend that my clients take our coaching calls as seriously as they would a meeting for work. I  will be as flexible as possible if you need to reschedule one of your coaching calls with 24 hours notice.

How long will this program take me?

There will be a 1 hour coaching call every two weeks for 12 weeks. I recommend setting aside 15-90 minutes for watching the video lessons and practicing the tools. 

You will be taking action and implementing different tools each week, so make time for these activities to get the most out of this program.

Why do I need to create my own sleep recipe?

Our lives are beautifully unique, so my sleep and wellness recipe will be different from yours. They might have the same ingredients, but the amount of each ingredient and when it gets added into your recipe will be unique to you.

I work from the lens of yoga therapy and a belief that we are not just stressed physical bodies or monkey minds that can’t stop working at night. We are whole beings with five layers that all require attention and care.

If you try to copy another person’s recipe, you’ll miss out on learning from your own body about what it needs. Copying someone else’s recipe instead of going through the Sleep Simplified program might make the entire process longer than necessary, and you may continue to discover that you’re not getting the best results for you.
