Monica Le Baron, MBA, is a bestselling author and sleep expert who helps ambitious women with sleep disorders get a good night's rest in 30 days or less. Using her signature program, Sleep Simplified, she has helped hundreds of clients worldwide overcome insomnia, and reduce stress and anxiety.
