Sleeping well doesn’t have to be a dream anymore; with my four-step sleep simplified framework, it can be your reality.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 1: BREATHE  

Correct breathing is the first step to sleeping through the night.

Most people are reverse breathers, putting their nervous system into fight-or-flight mode every time they breathe.  During our time together, I will teach you to breathe optimally and use the full capacity of your lungs to feel calmer and less anxious at night and more focused and energized during the day. 

STEP 2: FINISH THE STRESS CYCLE 

Getting rid of the stressors that keep you from sleeping through the night isn’t enough if your body doesn’t process the neurological and hormonal stress changes.  In this program, you will learn how to connect and communicate with your body to finish the stress cycle.  This will allow your body to send a signal to your brain and nervous system that you're not in danger so you can sleep peacefully at night. 

STEP 3: IDENTIFY THE ROOT CAUSE 

Finally heal your insomnia from the inside out by solving your body’s root cause of restless sleep. Together, we will identify the triggers keeping you sleep-deprived and create a custom plan so you can get the quality of sleep you need to wake up rested. 

STEP 4: IMPLEMENT YOUR CUSTOM SLEEP PLAN 

Once you learn to identify the sleep stressor keeping you awake at night, we will implement your custom plan together for the next 30 days to analyze and track what’s working well and what we need to tweak to create a proven system that works specifically for you and your lifestyle.  


YOU WILL BE FULLY SUPPORTED DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER. THE SLEEP SIMPLIFIED PROGRAM INCLUDES: 

Initial Assessment Call:

  • In this 90-minute initial assessment video call, I’ll review your intake form, answer your burning questions, identify your primary goal, and create a customized game plan to begin your Sleep Simplified journey.

(2) 1:1 Coaching Calls:

  • You will have two sessions, 60 minutes each, where we will dive deeper into your sleep struggles and modify the initial tools in your wellness plan to make it perfect for your needs as needed. 

  • I recommend scheduling your first follow-up call a week after our initial assessment call. 

Extra Support:

  • During this month together, you’ll have two hours of additional accountability and support from me via WhatsApp. 

  • If you have any questions, want to celebrate, or need extra support, you can text or voice message anytime, and I will respond within 24 hours. 

Personalize Wellness Plan

  • On the initial assessment call, together, we will create a plan for you to start working on your sleep goal. This might involve breathing exercises before bed, a mindfulness routine, or creating an effortless evening routine perfect for your busy schedule. 

  • But don’t worry—this will not be complicated and will not take hours to implement. If you only have 15 minutes a day, that’s enough time to get started.
