I am blessed with the gift of yoga

and have been supported by many beautiful humans all over the world throughout my life.

Now it's my turn to help others in the way that lights my heart on fire: by spreading yoga therapy like confetti to the world!

May blessings multiply and may we create a happier world one breath at a time.

Being a first-generation college student has played a very impactful role in my life. Therefore, I chose to support Santa Teresa Charitable Foundation as a way to give back to my community, and support youth education.

Since 2000 they have been working with teachers, parents, and administrators in the Gadsden Independent School District to identify areas of need in the community and to develop programs to address them.

Arrowhead Center provides a variety of resources for individuals launching and growing small businesses, powered by their network of expert partners, that I’m proud to be part of.

As a Enterprise Advisor for the New Mexico State University Arrowhead Center, I advise on business management strategy, mindful leadership, and stress management along the startup journey.

Arrowhead is a touchstone for collaborative efforts to improve the economic landscape of New Mexico and the Borderplex.

EXATEC Mentor

This program seeks to professionally support students nearing graduation by linking them with an EXATEC with at least five years of work experience.

As an EXATEC mentor, I offer the students, my time, knowledge, and experience to guide them to identify their skills and strengths to support a successful start in their professional journey.
