You’ve done it! You’ve put in the work to learn from each lesson and experiment with your Sleep Simplified Recipe.

This final phase is all about celebrating your hard work,
and don’t even think about skipping it!


Module 12: Celebrate

You’ve done lots of work for your healing journey and building your own customized Sleep Simplified Recipe.

But don’t skimp out on yourself now! The celebration part is just as important as everything else. And if you can remember all the way back to Lesson 2, you already planned your celebration.

So, join me in lesson 68 to lean into the culmination of your hard work, and then in lesson 69 to about integrating and evaluating your progress.


Lesson 68: You did it!

Congratulations for showing up for yourself, for doing the work and for starting your wellness simplified journey. It's been a pleasure to see your transformation.

Thank you for letting me guide you through this process, and for trusting me!
At the beginning of this course you set a sleeping goal and a way you would celebrate finishing this course, now is the time to schedule your celebration, and please include a happy dance!!!

This final step is key! Celebrate, and celebrate big! Even if you feel that you only made “small” progress, you deserve to celebrate. Progress is progress no matter how big or small.

Lesson 69: Integrate & Evaluate

Take some time to reflect on how you were sleeping 12 weeks ago, and what your relationship with sleep is like now.
Remember that your Sleep Simplified Recipe will need to be flexible for a couple of reasons:

  1. When you’re just getting started, you’re going to be experimenting with your ingredients and your recipe. Allow yourself to have some fun and don’t put pressure on yourself to create the “perfect” recipe right away.

  2. Your life is not static. You may find that an ingredient you didn’t enjoy before is one that your body needs during a specific season in your life. That’s the beautiful part about the Sleep Simplified program and your Sleep Simplified Recipe. You can come back to them again and again to add or remove ingredients.
