You are not alone, my dear Princess. For years I was in your Cinderella cleaning shoes. I was anxious, chronically stressed, and suffering from insomnia and pain.

I didn’t know that sleep loss was just the tip of the iceberg. It was altering my nervous system, making me feel so reactive, angry, unfocused, and unhappy that it led to low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and eventually, depression. =(

I tried everything from acupuncture to psychiatric sessions; I spent all my goats and gold in doctors appointments and magic potions. It wasn’t until I found yoga therapy that I started sleeping better. That’s why I am here to help you.

I don’t have a “she slept happily ever after” story, sometimes I still have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, fortunately is just 10% of what it used to be.

Now I know the process my mind, body and soul needs to unwind and prepare for a restful walk in the clouds…
